Pip Dash — Privacy Policy
Rodosto Teknoloji · last updated 26 September 2026
Pip Dash has no accounts. It never asks for an email address, a password, a phone number or a photo, and there is nothing in the game you can type your name into. This page explains the little it does send, and why.
What the game keeps on your device
Your best distance, gears, keys, the cosmetics you own and your settings are stored on the phone itself. Deleting the app deletes them.
What the daily race sends
The endless game works with no connection at all. If you play the daily race, the app registers an anonymous install with our server and sends the run so it can be placed on the board:
| What | Why |
|---|---|
| A random install identifier | To tell one board entry from another. It is generated on our server, is not tied to you, and is not your device's advertising ID. |
A generated name (three numbers, e.g. SwiftComet24) | So there is something to show on the board. You can re-roll it. It is not chosen by you and contains no personal data. |
| A two-letter country code from your device's region setting | For the flag on the board and the country tab. You can hide it in the game, and it is never a precise location. |
| The run itself: distance, gears, how long it lasted, and the inputs you pressed | To rank the run and to replay it, so a cheated score can be rejected. |
| The cosmetics your robot is wearing, app version, platform | To draw your robot on the board and to keep old versions compatible. |
Play counts
When the phone is online, the app also sends simple daily counts for the install: how many sessions and runs, how many ads were offered and watched, how many chests and boxes were opened, and how many purchases were made. They are numbers only, with no timestamps, no content and no advertising ID, and they tell us whether the game is fair and fun.
That is the whole list. No contacts, no photos, no microphone, no precise location, no browsing history.
Advertising
Pip Dash shows ads through Google AdMob. AdMob may use your device's advertising ID to limit repeats and to measure ads. You can reset or delete that ID at any time in Android Settings (Privacy → Ads) or iOS Settings (Privacy & Security → Tracking). Google's own policy explains what they do with it: policies.google.com/technologies/ads. Ad content is limited to a family-friendly rating. Rewarded ads are always optional: nothing in the game is locked behind watching one.
Purchases
Optional purchases are handled entirely by Google Play or the App Store. The game never sees your card or payment details; it only learns which product was bought, and keeps that on your device so a purchase can be restored.
Reminder notification
Off by default. If you turn it on in Settings, the phone schedules one local reminder a day. It is created on the device: no push service is used and no notification token is sent anywhere.
Children
Pip Dash is rated for ages 13 and over and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect anything from a child under 13.
How long it is kept
Daily race entries are kept so old boards can still be shown; the anonymous install record stays until you ask us to remove it. Rate-limit and duplicate records are deleted automatically within days.
Deleting your data
Write to hello@rodostoteknoloji.com
from any address with your in-game name (for example SwiftComet24)
and we will remove the install and its board entries. You do not need an
account to ask, and you do not need to prove who you are, because the record
holds nothing about who you are.
Sharing
We do not sell anything, and we do not share what the game sends with anyone except the providers it needs to work: our web host, Google AdMob for ads, and Google Play or the App Store for purchases.
Changes
If this policy changes, the date at the top changes with it.
