Rodosto Teknoloji was founded in December 2025 by Onurhan Şeremet — a GIS engineer with years of hands-on experience at Esri Türkiye and across the open-source geospatial ecosystem.
The name "Rodosto" is the historical name for Tekirdağ, a city on the Marmara coast — a nod to our roots and the geographic perspective that defines everything we build.
Headquartered at Mars Kocaeli AVM in İzmit, we work with municipalities, government agencies, and enterprises to deliver GIS solutions that are secure, optimized, and built to last.

Founder & CEOGIS engineer with a track record spanning Esri Türkiye, open-source geospatial development, and enterprise-scale spatial infrastructure. 2.5 years at Esri Türkiye building ArcGIS-based solutions for government and enterprise clients. 3 years of deep work in open-source GIS — contributing NPM packages to the geospatial ecosystem and founding developer communities.
Creator of csv2geo, an open-source tool for geographic data conversion. Founder of TRGIS.DEV, the Turkish GIS developer community. Published author on ArcGIS JavaScript SDK, Web GIS architecture, and spatial data engineering. Contributor to the Esri Türkiye technical blog.
